At Shibui Antiques & Furniture, we take great pride in the unique character of our curated pieces; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible items. Please note that due to their one-of-a-kind nature, antique items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your item in its original protective materials to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all tags and documentation are included.
- 3.Arranging Transportation
For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional white-glove pickup; for smaller items, please use a tracked shipping service to our warehouse address.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists have inspected the item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
