Please note that due to their one-of-a-kind nature, antique items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

    Carefully repackage your item in its original protective materials to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all tags and documentation are included.

    Arranging Transportation

    For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional white-glove pickup; for smaller items, please use a tracked shipping service to our warehouse address.

    Inspection and Refund

    Once our specialists have inspected the item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
