<Artist Biography>

【加藤 昌山】Kato Seisho (1967-Up to the present)

  *Third generation Kato Seisho

 His studio is located in Sennyuji, Higashiyama, Kyoto City.

In 1989, He completed the Kyoto Municipal Industrial Testing Institute’s ceramics training course.

 He studied ceramic painting under ceramic artist Mizutani Mitsutoshi 水谷 光年, who worked under the second generation Seisho 昌山.

In 2010, He assumed the name of the third generation Kato Seisho 加藤 昌山.
