Inscribed on the back:Ā "Ā Meiji 16 - Hitsujinotsuki Kichijitsu Kehaku -Go Dou Kenritsu - Ono Chuemon"Ā Ā this ema was an offering by Mr Ono to Celebrate the new temple 1883 (year of the sheep).Ā Ā There is also a bit of the kannon sutra on the back in a much lighter hand.Ā
